We have standard floor plans that are easy to understand. We also have 3D floor plans and land registry plans. 3D floor plans will help you get minor details of your project, and you can grasp the way your home will look. Our Land Registry plans are illustrations that will help you determine the exact area of land covered through a lease. Nonetheless, our professionals will always be happy to assist you if you have any queries.

The site cost is the cost that is not included in the base cost of building a home, including but not limited to, such as insurance, soil testing, building permits, temporary soil testing, land contours, septic/sewer, water-line/water systems, electrical services, sidewalks, driveways, and additional height, etc. Our experts will evaluate your land and share the estimated site cost with you during our initial site visit. These prices will then be included in the cost of the project.
Our clients do not have to sell their current property to start a home-building project with us. Our consultant will seek to understand your budget and your home building needs during our initial meeting. If your project can be completed within the existing budget, you can keep your property with you and ensure your peace of mind.
