With over 10 years of experience, Pam Mattu is a real estate leader with a difference! She has the blue-chip qualifications of a realtor license, Class A contractor’s license with a Builder’s Designation as well as an Erosion Control License. Her vision, however, is to always go the extra mile and deliver the littlest details that make a house a home! Atri Homes offers homes to clients via three verticals: Build On Your Lot, New Construction Inventory, and the newest addition, Built Better Renovation. It is the Built Better Renovation program that is dearest to Pam. She says: “Knowing that I can build something beautiful out of something that has been neglected or fallen into disrepair is most rewarding! These renovated homes are created to the same high-quality standards as our New Construction homes, only that they arrive sooner.” Pam lives in Virginia and enjoys practicing yoga and meditation on a regular basis. She loves to travel in her free time…it gives her an opportunity to keep learning and discovering new experiences.

Like the entire team at Houzzbuild, Rai also brings a wealth of experience to the team especially with over ten years of project management expertise! His role is to be the conduit for information and communication…he works closely with the senior management at Houzzbuild at one end and the client at the other end to keep the pipeline flowing smoothly. From permit paperwork, monitoring work at site, organising contractors to scheduling appointments for various agencies working for senior management. serving in the area of Customers’ go-to person for updates on their home building process, no task and no detail is left to chance by Rai! His relentless efforts in tracking and closing tasks – small and big – as well as his ideas for improvements and innovation in systems and processes has enabled the organization to grow rapidly and build a satisfied client base. His vision is to make Houzzbuild the #1 company in its category!

Rai lives with his wife and daughter and loves spending time with them and their pet dog, Bela.

As a fourth-generation builder, Vishnu is aptly qualified for the role he plays at Houzzbuild. He professionally guides clients through the home-building process step by step to ensure that they are able to get the home that best suits their unique demands and lifestyle. His in-depth understanding of the industry’s complexities along with 5+ years of experience in premium real estate allows him to help the clients avoid common homeowner pitfalls and experience a smooth acquisition and transition process. With his team, Vishnu takes pride in delivering a top-quality service with high ethics and professionalism. In his free time, he enjoys developing solutions to problems in the field of computer hardware and software, as well as reading and bicycling. He currently lives in San Francisco, California.

Ram is the the “invisible” backbone at Houzzbuild. He has overseen the Accounts and Administration department for over 10 years. He ensures that the processes and implementation related to administration and finance run smoothly allowing all the stakeholders especially the clients to have a seamless experience. He says: “A client’s delight in enjoying a stress-free home renovation or ownership process makes me most happy!” His special skill is in the details – with providing updates, keeping paperwork up to date and ensuring clear and timely communication.
